Workshop for Girl Students of KET's Schools of Management Gives Flight to their Dreams

The Women’s Development Cell and Cultural Committee of KET’s Schools of Management organised a Workshop for its Girl Students, in honour of the Women’s History Month. The workshop bearing the title: 𝗨𝗱𝗮𝗮𝗻: 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 was conducted by Ms Kala Diwanji, Co-Founder, 60Bits Consulting. An accomplished dancer, entrepreneur and trainer, Ms Diwanji has donned different hats in her personal and professional life and had a challenging yet colourful journey behind her. Through varied practical activities and exercises and by sharing anecdotes from her life, Ms Diwanji helped the students to realise the challenges they will face as women and suggested effective ways of overcoming them. The highlight of the workshop was how Ms Diwanji made the girls embark on a search for finding themselves and shared with them the need to be comfortable about who they are. The workshop received an overwhelming response from the students who felt truly liberated and all set to give flight to their dreams. Hats off to Ms Diwanji for her insightful and liberating workshop and kudos to KET’s Schools of Management for taking the lead in organising such a life-changing event!
