Online Students Grievance Redressal Policy
The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance.
The system should also has the facility of on-line registration of grievances by the students/parents and access to information on the status of his/her grievances. grievances will be acknowledged, with an interim reply within 3 days of receipt and redressed within 3 months of receipt in the Organisation.
