Eco-friendly Diwali

KBS Library celebrated Eco-friendly Diwali this year. The theme for decoration was “Pani Aadva Pani Jirva” (Rainwater Harvesting).
Water is one of the most important natural resources and basic need of mankind. It is important for any country. Proper use and conservation of water resources is an important aspect for every citizen of the country. KBS Library showed rainwater harvesting systems in villages (hilly area) & cities

A mountain was created to show the contour trench. In cities how water which has been collected on building rooftops can be stored was shown.
