PGDM in Operations and Supply Chain
The KMS PGDM – Operations and Supply Chain Specialisation is designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge of modern operational strategies, supply chain systems, and process optimization techniques essential for today’s competitive business environment. Spanning Trimester IV to Trimester VI, the curriculum covers core areas such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Operations Analytics, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, and Digital Transformation in Operations using IoT, AI, and Machine Learning. Students also gain exposure to Global Supply Chain Management and Business Process Management for Risk and Performance, enabling them to manage complex operations efficiently across industries. This specialisation develops strong analytical, managerial, and technology-driven decision-making skills, preparing graduates for roles in operations management, supply chain leadership, process improvement, logistics, and digital operations transformation.
