From the story of Federal Bank to insights on how managers must track their numbers and impact, Mr. Murthy touched upon the many dimensions that shape a well-rounded professional. His references to art, culture, film, literature, and sport – from Pu La Deshpande to Gladiator, from Bachchan to Beckham – encouraged our students to think beyond textbooks and aspire to become multifaceted leaders.
