Mr. Suchit Ahuja, Assistant Professor, Business Technology Management and Director, MSc Business Analytics & Technology Management, John Molson School of Business , Concordia University – Canada visited KET’s Schools of Management to discuss areas of collaboration between faculty members and students of the two institutes in areas of joint interest. After a fruitful discussion with the faculty on varied areas, where working together for mutual benefit would be possible, Mr. Ahuja was shown the campus and the numerous facilities that we offer the students. He was impressed with the care taken in each area and the diverse facilities available to students to ensure their physical and mental well being, in addition to helping them remain updated. The latter half of the day was spent visiting two projects, which have been set up by Samarth Bharat Vysapeeth – Project Revitalisation and Signal Shala. Having done his doctoral research on waste management, Mr Ahuja was really excited with the multiple ways in which Project Revitalisation is recycling waste. On the other hand, the visit to Signal Shala impressed him with the excellent use of space, combined with the manner in which the project was positively impacting children who earlier begged at the signal, by exposing them to the latest in the field of education. Mr. Ahuja returned to the campus for an idea exchange with CA Sunil G. Karve, Hon. Chairman, Governing Board – KET, ending the interaction on a fruitful note. We look forward to working together with the faculty and students of John Molson College, on diverse exciting projects in the near future!
